Warranty Policy and Refund/Exchange Policy
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to Digitalciggz for NON - Defect issues, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS first class.
Warranty/DOA/Wrong Item Procedure
The quickest way to get an item exchanged is by sending us an email. Contact our customer service team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the problem. You will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item(s) are shipped back to Digitalciggz.com at the customer's expense.
All Products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 14-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. The 14-Day warranty begins on the day the product is delivered to the customer.
Items not covered under warranty: Prefilled Cartridges, Cartomizers , E-Liquid and clearance items.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We do however, offer exchanges on defective items (see warranty section for more info) and on items that were ordered incorrectly. Please contact us immediately by email at email@example.com if you receive an item that you ordered incorrectly. Whether or not they have been opened, we do not offer exchanges on cartridges , cartomizers , E-Liquid and clearance items.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
We do not guarantee that our parts and products are compatible with those of other manufacturers or suppliers.
